(November 4, 2018, 10:22 am)This was first time I hadn't used the dealer and was quite skeptical of taking to a service station. Ben, the service manager was very patient in diagnosing my problem which eventually turned out to be vacuum leak. He had my car for almost a week and had to trace down the problem. He is honest and fair--I think I saved some money from taking my car to the dealer. I would use him again although I wasn't thrilled about the rental car charges I had to pay.
