“With a number of Chinese restaurants closing near Placentia, there isn't a lot of choices. This place "Twin Dragon" has been around for a while and we just started coming here. The food is fantastic and the portion is really good. The owner lady of the restaurant tries to get to know her regular clients which adds a nice personal touch. We love all of their food, but in particular BBQ chicken and Tofu. On the weekends their combo include salad which we love. Check it out if you want something quick but not compromising on the quality of the food.”

“I have been coming to this location for 4 years now and have never been let down by the excellent customer service of the owner and the employees. The food is not winning any awards or anything, but it's just meant to be a convenient, fast meal that's a tad healthier than your average burger or other fast food. I especially love Flame Broiler's choice of sauces, they're particularly good when mixed together (The "Magic" Sauce and the standard red "Hot" sauce). Overall I greatly enjoy the food, especially the beef. My only real complaint is that the drink lids are ridiculously hard to fit onto the cups without making a mess. The service here is extremely fast, a line out the door is hardly anything to worry about unless you're ordering something truly obscure from the menu (which is rare as they have a very simplified menu with mostly the basic Flame Broiler options that every location has).”

“This is one of my favorite places to go get a burger. I like how they cook their food in an open kitchen, and it offers so many (but not too many options). Besides burgers, they also have sandwiches and salads. I like getting a double char with cheese on sourdough bread. I really like how the options for fries are regular fries, sweet potato fries, and tempura green beans. As a parent, my kids love fries, and I can sneak in a little more vegetables into their diet with green bean fries. Their quality is consistent and their customer service is pretty good. Sometimes I order online and my order is ready at the time it is supposed to be. I recommend this place to anyone who likes burgers.”

Pick a paper bag pre-printed with the type of sandwich you want, mark your customization preferences on the bag and then the folk behind the counter make what you ordered. Some fun choices, such as top some with a sunny-side-up egg. My sandwich got a bit soggy with the meat juices so I couldn't pick it up to eat it with my hands - fortunately I got a fork and enjoyed it. The Fullerton location is not huge... seating area was rather minimal and somewhat packed-in but a pleasant environment.”
