Grove Harbor Medical Center Pharmacy

I can’t say enough great things about Grove Harbor Pharmacy. Every person who works there takes so much pride in their work and care so much about each customer! Everyone goes out of their way …excellent customer service from the entire staff …including the amazing delivery drivers! Getting prescriptions filled can be challenging at times, but Grove Harbor expertly guides you through the entire process. Thank you so much !

I have been going to this RX for years now. Back when Jack ran it. They do a gr8 job and go above what the chain RX do. I was in a bad accident a few yrs ago and I had major injuries and have had about 28 surgeries to date. I am on some pain meds and the other RXs treated me like " oh your one of them". Not every person that is on pain meds are just getting them to get high. The other RXs I went to treated me like I was a bad person becouse I take pain meds.Not here. They treat me gr8 and go above what the other places would do to be sure I had what I needed. They are good people and always treat me well. Good job yall.

Farzan is a gem! I don't think I have been given such great customer service at any other pharmacy. Not only do they carry items not normally available, I have received calls late on Saturday evenings making sure my order was correct (after their office hours!), and they have extended their opening and closing times on some days when I was stuck in traffic or had to get to work early. You can tell that Farzan really cares about all his customers from his attention to each person's detail, and the level of responsiveness. I live 20 miles away but I would go here for all my needs.

I wish I knew about this pharmacy years ago. I recently was referred to them by my doctor. Talk about a breath of fresh air. This pharmacy goes above and beyond what my local CVS pharmacy does. The pharmacist, Farzan, handles his clients with exceptional service. He calls for PAs, he transfers refills, he calls you back when he says he will, and he offers to call doctor's offices as well. These are just a few things that I have experienced in the few days I have been a customer of this pharmacy. I can only speak for two prescriptions but the price was so significantly lower to me, that I can assume most if not all their prices are lower than the big pharmacies.

I write this review for two reasons:
1. To praise Farzan and the rest of the staff for their personal care to each and every one of their customers.
2. To inform all consumers who use reviews to determine who they conduct their business with. As I stated earlier, I wish I knew about this place a while ago.

I have been coming here for about 15 yrs and before that I would bring my grandparents here. Jack was the most wonder person you could ever meet as your pharmacist. However the New Parmacist is just as wonderful. He is on top of his game and is always there when you need him (well except for after hours). Great Job to you and your workers.
