First of all, let me just say that the couple of people that decided to write negative and tasteless reviews obviously never had the chance to step inside this place. This has got to be one of the best if not the best dental practices I have ever been to. I used to live in Garden Grove and first went to this office to have a tooth extracted and it was the most pleasant thing ever. One year later I had another tooth extracted and walking in there, it was so comforting to see they remembered me. It felt like family. Since that time I moved about two hours away and for the first time in a couple of years I had to go to a local dentist for a cracked tooth. It was the most obnoxious impersonal moment of my life. I wanted to walk out within the first five minutes. The next day I called Dr. Le to see if she was available to take a look at my tooth and give me a different diagnosis than the one I received the day before from a dentist close to me. Vanessa as always was incredibly kind and professional and set me up for an appointment within 30 minutes. When I arrived, everybody was so incredibly courteous and all set for me. I had basically asked for a consultation and Dr. Le was ready to take a look at my tooth and to my amazement was going to do that for free. After walking through the most beautiful lobby into the individual rooms which are so high-tech and clean, I felt at home again. I sat down and she took a look at my tooth and gave me a completely different diagnosis. So the people I went to the day before wanted to do three root canals and crowns for a total of about $8000. She told me she could do the root canal and put a filling in for my primary issue and then come back for a couple of fillings. She said there was no need to do what the other people suggested. That being said, the cost to have the root canal and the filling was about $2000 less than the other people. I eagerly told her that’s what I wanted to do. She went so far as to explain what insurance companies normally will cover and why she wanted to do this procedure and why it was in the best interest of me which was completely contradictory of the other location. So for my third time, I sat down in the chair and Pedro took x-rays while the doctor eagerly awaited that being said, the cost to have the root canal and the feeling was about $1000 less than the other people. I eagerly told her that’s what I wanted to do. She went so far as to explain what insurance companies normally will cover and why she wanted to do this procedure and why it was in the best interest for me which was completely contradictory of the other location. In five minutes, she saw what took two hours for the other company to see. Instantly Vanessa came around the corner with what it would cost and it was mind blowing how much less expensive it was there than the other place. I sat in the chair and got one on one service from who I believe to be the kindest most gentlest dentist ever. Within one hour, I had a root canal done with a filling put on it to get me through until my insurance kicked in, in which case we could do something else more permanent. Basically, I sat in another office the day before and got the runaround and they wanted to do every procedure under the sun and charge me a fortune. This office was looking out for my best interest and what is commonly missed by patients who don’t read their fine print in their insurance and they explained everything to me so simply and so clearly. It was the most relaxing and informative conversation ever. Folks, I literally got a root canal done and walked out of there smiling. This doctor and her staff, which by the way have been there since as long as I can remember, we’re so compassionate and accommodating. I literally wanted to dance while I was getting a root canal. That’s how good it was... best dental experience ever!!!

I have always been one to be afraid of going to the dentists, and avoided going for years. I started to get a horrible pain in my wisdom teeth area and that’s when I decided it was finally time to get into the dentist ASAP, when I went in for my first visit I was terrified.. the office made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. When the doctor said I had to take out my wisdom tooth out ASAP I almost lost it...but she reassured me I was in good hands and everything was going to be okay and quick. About 10 mins later my tooth was out!!!! With zero pain!!!!! I was back to work the very next day, with no swellings. Happy dental you guys rock!!!!!

Stellar is the best way to describe my experience at Smile Day Dental! Dr.Le is the best dentist anyone could ask for and has taken my fear of visiting the dentist away. She was very gentle and did not cause me any pain considering I was having a root canal done. I will never go anywhere else. The office is gorgeous as well!?
