She took the time to explain my case and that showed that she genuinely cares. If you have watched her video talking about Patch Adams, that's the same caring person you'll meet.
I was also impressed with the the followup care calls from Tram. What was also helpful was the the summary printouts of the office visit. The summary lays out a plan to better empower you so you can take control of your health. The office and staff definitely look out for you. -
