(March 26, 2017, 2:48 am)I was never in here but spoke to someone on the phone inquiring about insurance and hours, these people are wonderful!! Had exceptional service over the phone. Was trying to avoid the emergency room but ended up having to go bc it was after hours, I'm definitely calling my insurance company and seeing if St. Joseph-Hoag is covered!!

(March 6, 2016, 11:38 am)This is THE PLACE to be !!! Doctor Mike Malouf and Doctor Praveen Vora treat EVERONE with care and respect !! They treat you on a human basis.For as long as I Live in California these will be MY DOCTORS ! They have a wonderful staff with at least 2 angels inside named Christine and Betty.I want to adopt Betty,but I believe she already has a mom.Do not be fooled my fellow sick people...there are a lot of Doctors out there that just want MONEY......These are NOT that kind of Doctors.They Love their craft and are BEYOND EXCELLENT! I don't have many more words to praise them except to THANK THEM FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART,and wish them continued Health and encouragement to keep on doing great work ! I have been through soooo much....but these Doctors have helped me to come out on the OTHER SIDE.I hope this gets to the ears of St Joseph Bosses and they are rewarded and awarded in some GREAT way ! God Bless you all !!!!
