First started here in January and it’s one of the best places. I truly appreciated my coaches Ricky, Diego, and David. A lot of the moves they have shown me really show out when sparring with others. They are very detailed with their technique and always wanna see their students progress and improve. Very family oriented dojo. I hope to come back very soon. Def would recommend this place. 🤙
This is an amazing place to train. I can’t say enough good things about this academy. I was a visiting brown belt from Canada and was welcomed by the instructors and students.
I have trained at many places throughout my travels and local clubs within the Niagara Region. I can guarantee you will receive high quality instruction from this academy. I know there are a lot of options in this area, but you cannot go wrong with choosing Carlson Gracie Garden Grove.
I look forward to returning the next time I’m in Anaheim. Thanks.
Im a blackbelt that was passing by the orange county area and manage to spend some good hours training at this academy. I don't usually write reviews but this academy deserve one. Good people, good positive family vibes here. Professor Diego is an extremely helpful guy to everyone, kind soul and an enthusiastic coach that I saw put a lot of efforts in their students during my time there. I guess that why they have one of the strongest kids competition team here in OC. And without question why so many parents entrust their kids to
this academy here . Nothing can possibly go wrong starting out your martial arts journey at this academy. Totally recommended.
Started coming here about 5 months ago, my first experience training in Jiu-jitsu and its been a blast from day one. Coach Ricky in the morning adults class takes all the necessary steps to ensure you are learning correctly and practicing proper techniques. Also, their kids program is one of the best in the state winning 1st in many tournaments.
This is where I really got started in Gi Jiu Jitsu and Diego Segura, the man in charge, got me started in doing Jiu Jitsu. This is a solid place with good vibes, good people and good technique. They are constantly growing and proving themselves in tournaments both with their kids and adult programs.
My background: Wrestler, coach, Blue belt in jiu jitsu, I have trained at many different gyms and can tell which ones are good.
