I’m very very scared of needles , injections, cuz it hurts. (I went to a different hospital in Santa Ana before , they tried 7 times to take a blood sample)
But I needed a blood test/sample , so I went to Nhan Hoa because my mom said the phlebotomist here is really good . And you don’t need an appointment for blood test (already 4 stars)
The phlebotomist Lisa Nguyen was nice. And gave me a ball to hold and then told me to relax . I was looking away for 30sec, when she pressed the cotton ball on my arm then I looked at my arm , I thought she was cleaning the arm before injecting the needle. But she said done. I was impressed how fast she was and i didn’t feel the injection. (5 stars)!!!!!!
So in the future for Blood test and co. I will go only to her and no one else.
I love this place. Been a patient for 7 years. Never have to wait long. Even as a walk in. Drs are great. Nurses are friendly and helpful. I love the convience of having all my health needs available in one location including vision and dental and women's care. The lab and pharmacy on site also adds to the convience. I've been seeing V. Tran nurse practitioner for some time now. He is wonderful. Better then any doctor I've had. The only problem I've had occasionally was a language barrier with nurses when trying to communicate over the phone. Other then that it's a gray place. I highly recommend it.
