  We got 3 estimates to paint the exterior of our house. We liked Beach City Painting's the best. Jaime was easy going yet business-like. He helped us pick out the right shades of color for our house exterior and trim. He kept the costs right on the reasonable estimate, with a few minor additions for a couple extras. We are very satisfied with the finished look. His crew ran into some unexpected rain that delayed the project a few days. They should have alerted me ahead of time they were going to ask my neighbor's permission to set up a ladder in his backyard to gain easier access to our second story. He refused after researching that the crew was not covered by workman's comp. Per Jaime, they are covered by separate liability insurance. We were not concerned. Fortunately, the neighbor's denial turned out to be a minor glitch the crew were able to work around. I will recommend Beach City Painting to a friend who is looking for painters to finish his house.
