This has been my spot for years and I always know I will get A1 service. The new manager Josh is absolutely amazing and fully accommodated me and my son's needs. He even went above & beyond to accurately install our screen protectors and explain our new device thoroughly. Please keep this guy around lol!!! Wish I could give 10 stars for our experience yesterday. 😁🖐🖐

Got with the awesome lady shown in the PHOTO!!! She happened to do a mighty fine job with all the clientele that came aboard, as she happened to be the only one here at the time!! Very upbeat Spirit, and kind to bring awareness to many customers at once!!! Appreciate THIS!!

The gentleman working today was very patient in trying to help my husband and I transfer our family phones to Cricket. He was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this location if you need any help or want to change to Cricket. Thank you!

I live out of state and while visiting Indianapolis I ran into some issues with my service so I stopped into this store to see if they could help. I just have to rave about a young woman, Danie, she was so helpful, informative, and very patient! She actually answered all my questions, and was so kind; absolutely outstanding customer service with a great attitude, rare these days!

Super convenient and not usually to busy, great for a quick stop and go!
