They were very courteous and hospitable yet compassionate and understanding to my situation (bad haircut experience) prior to being referred to @Studio Schatzi & Co.! They immediately recognized my hesitation but were so warm and comforting to me, they definitely proved and lived up to their reputation! God Bless You Jay and your great salon!
