They need to add their Seal Beach location! Frank and Melissa are absolute ROCKSTARS I've never come across more caring and knowledgable property managers. As an insurance agent, I come across many property managers, but American Beachside Broker's are really head and shoulder's above the rest. I've also worked with Joyce, Rosie Ritchie (who is a rockstar in her own right) and Penny and each of them bring so much to the table and represent their clients like bulldogs.
