Let me start off by saying that kristal is without a doubt, an asset to redfin. My journey with her started approximately 1.5 years ago and she has been very patient all the way throughout. As a first time homebuyer with little knowledge about real estate, there are plenty of fears associated with making even the smallest decisions. She was able to provide the information needed to calm those fears down from the beginning to the end.
When i first spoke to her, i told her what i was looking for in a home. Whenever something would pop up in my realm of expectations, i would get notified. She was very good about informing me without being a burden, keeping in mind your work schedule.
When i started touring homes, she was very thorough and would answer all your questions regarding finances, maintenance, etc. if she didn’t know, she would find out immediately and notify you just the same. If I had any questions, regardless of what time it was, i would get a response (but please keep in mind that her time is valuable too).
When it came time to putting in offers, she would give realistic expectations and was never too pushy. I never felt pressured. Her price predictions/valuations for homes were VERY accurate. In fact, when i bought my home she called it right on the money.
Once i finally got an offer accepted, she was available throughout every step and made the whole process so smooth that it felt like she had been doing this job for decades.

All in all, i just had such a pleasant experience with Kristal, that i believe she deserves all the credit. Her expertise in this field, the relationship she has between you and the seller/listing agent, her realistic attitude, all deserves recognition. Although I can be flexible with many things, being in the military, i had certain expectations of what i was looking for. I feel like i am pretty calculated and can be meticulous in my expectations and Kristal was able to provide me peace with my decisions.

Kristal is a total gem of a realtor, she took my husband and I under her wing and attended to all our needs as first time buyers. We connected with Kristal from our first meeting, her sound knowledge as a realtor and attention to our search criteria made the process very smooth. She made herself available even on very short notice and answered all our queries no matter what time of the day it was. She gave us genuine professional advice when we were overwhelmed in making decisions in a short space of time. Kristal’s organised nature and passion for her job was evident as she guided us at each step of the escrow process. As first time buyers her checklist, tips and suggestions in planning for a move were very handy! We are very fortunate have crossed paths with Kristal and would recommend her to anyone looking to find an ideal home!

My wife and I worked with kristal to find our first home and we could not have done it without her! She is such a pleasure to work with. Will go above and beyond to help you find a home. Always is responsive to texts and emails. I am a novice to the real estate market and she made the process very easy every step of the way. The escrow process was soo tedious and confusing as well but kristal explained every step and made it easy to get thru it. I definitely will want her as my agent again for our second house!
