  My daughter needed an updated TB test and sports physical. Made an appt at Xpress Urgent Care off Springdale and Edinger in HB for the next day, they saw her right away and the appt was quick, staff was polite and explained process, got forms completed. All in all, great experience.

  Overall, I had an excellent experience here but there is a discrepancy of info on their website which is I didn’t give it 5 stars. I had a family member who had pain after an injury but didn’t have time to drive out to their primary care doctor’s office and there were no appointments available. We decided an urgent care was the best option just to help rule out any serious concerns such as a broken bone, etc. I came across Xpress Urgent care as it stated that all their locations have X-ray onsite. I selected this location as it was nearby to us. The front desk and healthcare provider were all very considerate in checking us in and sharing information with us. However, after getting to the examination room, the provider mentioned this location actually does not have an X-ray onsite despite their website saying so. She referred us out to another location that did. We had to make a drive out to the other location. Despite this inconvenience, the provider did keep in touch with us about the results of the x-ray promptly and checking in with us a few days later.

  I went to Xpress urgent care recently, and got in quickly, was thoroughly checked by the NP, I was happy with the diagnosis. And I even received a follow up call the next morning to see how I was doing.
  I’m very happy with Xpress, urgent care and will continue to use them!

  I was in and out pretty quickly. Didn't have to wait long to be seen by either the nurse or the doctor. Both were very polite and professional and as someone with anxiety especially when it comes to anything medical I was very at ease. I really like this place and feel less anxious about the idea of going again if need be.

  Front desk nurse was very nice and polite. Positive attitude. Dr. was also very nice. Ours was a simple case, so not much interaction had to be done, but what was, was good. I'd recommend this place
