(October 17, 2020, 1:10 am)If you want to train with someone who actually cares about your progress in the gym and helping you reach your fitness goals definitely go to Max Rosenfeld! You will be pushed to your limits if you want to/can take it that far or if you are a beginner you will can be eased into training and taught good form over everything else! Always a good time, worth it!

(January 17, 2020, 7:05 pm)New to CrossFit, love the workouts and the trainers here. Very good people that know what they are doing. Everyday feels like a another day to hit a new PR or to just do better. I've been considered a very fit person for a long time. But this gym has ignited new goals of fitness to accomplish, like being able to climb a rope, and that's exciting to me.
