(August 10, 2018, 8:19 pm)Dr Vakkalanka is so patient and kind! She treated my Grandmother who has severe Parkinson’s & Dementia and was fighting the ear exam. Dr Vakkalanka was so patient and tried to examine the trauma in my Grandma’s ear while my Grandfather and I tried to hold her arms down and calm her. Dr Vakkalanka actually squeezed us in that day even though she was getting ready to leave. The following visits were filled with the same compassion! I’m not sure why the reviews say that her staff is not great.... everyone in her office was always very professional, helpful and very nice!
