Attendant was very fast and friendly, even though it was raining.
Update: been here several more times, morning and evening, service is still fine. Looks like the problems mentioned in older reviews have been solved.
This place brought back wonderful memories of my time racing karts. I was very appreciative to get a tour of the facility. Family owned and operated. Just a terrific business.
Family owned racing business with part-of-the-family feel. These guys are just awesome. Always there to help out and listen to feedback. They make high quality racing products at hometown racer prices.
I made a mistake on an order and then placed a correct one. The great people at Burris noticed it seemed odd, called me up to confirm and offered to make the correction. You don't see care for the customer like this in many businesses anymore.
Only critique is the website/online store can use a little TLC and updating. Kind of scary making a purchase online with that URL.
UPDATE: The website has been fixed and looks real slick now! No more shady URL
