KOR PILATES is GREAT! Rebecca and her Team have been incredible instructors. They definitely listen to your individual needs. My husband who is older is in private classes. He needs and enjoys the physical challenges of their diverse training. We highly recommend people to this Pilates Studio.

Great class! This was my first class here and my first virtual Pilates mat class. It was a great workout and was super easy to follow.

I've been trying various pilates studios the past few years and can confidently say KÔR is my favorite. The team is very welcoming and the space is always shining. I was very impressed with the team's knowledge on spinal movement in addition to giving me a killer workout! I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to get a good workout in, better understand the movement of their body or are in need of a friendly community to join.

I love going to this studio! Every time I go I feel so wonderful when I leave. I feel like I had an amazing without all while being in a tranquil environment. The owner and instructors are extremely knowledgeable on how to use your body. I have neck, back, and knee problems and they correct me so I don’t feel pain from the exercise. Thank you Kor!
