Decided to renew my membership with this location and as I approached the customer service window chase hansmann was quick to offer assistance and help me get my membership back up and going while providing solid customer service skills. I appreciate the help chase.

Courteous service. The fact that you get a free vacuum (self-service) was a great help. Sure, I had to put in some elbow grease since I had the time and the energy it worked out great.

My son is too young to be a patient here, however, I just had to share that the experience I had on the phone with Kyle was amazing. Once we discussed his age and determined that he was too young I assumed that was the end of our call but I was wrong. Kyle asked if he could hear more about what was going on and took the time to understand our situation and needs so that he could provide me with some resources before letting me go. I was really surprised and extremely thankful. We were in contact for two days while he was assisting with getting us pointed in the right direction which we now are thanks to him. The care that went into our interaction was outstanding and greatly appreciated.

We were lucky enough to find this place, and they really helped my daughter. The whole staff is amazing, and they care so much. They are very accommodating, and they really helped my daughter and our family work through some tough issues. My daughter enjoyed the groups, and sessions, and it helped arm her with some great tools for life. If you are questioning, call and talk to them! You won’t regret it! It was such a valuable experience for us!

Professionally, I work in behavioral health. The most important job in my life however is motherhood. As a mom, and as a health care provider I was thoroughly impressed with the programing here.

We were referred to SoCal Adolescent Wellness Center by our daughter's individual therapist. She needed a higher level of care and the intensive outpatient program they have for adolescents (after school 3 days a week for 3 hours/day) was very good and just what we needed. The program includes family sessions as well, which were some of the most helpful and valuable counseling sessions we have ever had as a divorced family. Our daughter's attitude improved, our communication is better and she just seems happier. There are not a lot of programs like this, so I am so happy we were referred to it. It is a small group and the kids get a lot of personal attention and involvement. The therapists specialize in and really "get" adolescents and their particular needs and developmental/behavioral issues. Highly recommended.

SoCal Adolescent Wellness has been a blessing to my family. This program and it’s amazing staff members have inspired a healthy change and growth in my teenage brother. My brother was going down the wrong path and this program helped steer him in the right direction before it was too late. I highly recommend SoCal Adolescent Wellness to anyone who needs help with a teenager!
