And the knowledge and education they share with you to help you in real life situations is priceless. The owner, Dave, is very attentive and discusses every aspect of your care and the exercises and treatment regimen. As well, the office and equipment are always immaculate. Dave at Synergy has taken care of my ankle, knee, and hip over the years. He has helped me avoid knee surgery and hip surgery. The facility is modern and vibrant. Dave and his excellent staff took great care to help me re-hab my hip and got me back to feeling great and teaching ballet! Dave's expertise, past experience with dancers and athletes, and care and attention to my symptoms made all the difference! He created a custom plan with great attention to detail and modified the plan as symptoms improved. I came in after an ACL surgery after three similar rehabs (on the same knee) at other therapy places that all resulted in re-injury. After coming here, I have never been so confident in a rehab. My knee feels stronger than ever, and I left with no complaints. The therapists are knowledgeable and actually care for their patients. The aids are attentive and keep the sometimes monotonous rehab fresh and exciting. I’d recommend Synergy to anyone that needs it, athletes or not. Going back to the sports I love has always seemed scary after I finished my rehabs, but now I feel 100% confident.
