Wonderful service

I had an appointment for myself, mother and bridesmaids 2 days before my wedding. Long story short, my nails looked terrible, that evening the gel coat that didnt cure was coming off in chunks and I was tears, as I would have to squeeze in time the next day, the day before my wedding, to have them completely re-done. I took photos and emailed the corporate office and Kimberly was so thoughtful and helpful and apologetic and has refunded me as well. She was kind and patient as I was telling her about the horrible experience and I'm grateful she gave me such excellent customer service.
I give 4 stars for her alone, as she was the only good part of this experience.

I usually don't get my nails done, but I come here whenever I'm free. The acrylic artists are fantastic! My personal favorite is the classic matte black nails. In addition, the service is quick with great results and prices are reasonable.

This is a great place to check out for any occasion such as weddings, parties, the holidays, or just a regular day. I definitely will be returning soon!
