“The staff here is excellent! My fiance and I moved in about a month ago and couldn't be happier! We're in a quiet corner of the community (away from the pools and dog park) and we were surprised at the lack of noise during the day and in the evenings. I'm sure other areas get noisier but it seems to be within reason... just the occasional dogs barking and kids playing outside as there are a lot of families living here. If you can't handle kids and dogs, then this place isn't for you; but you're probably going to complain anywhere you go at that point. If you're a dog person then you'll love being here! The grounds are kept in great shape, the dog park is a nice spot to have pups off leash, and you're close to the dog beach at the jetty. Inside, the units won't blow you away with appliances and whatnot; but they're nice and everything works. We love the big living room, vaulted ceiling, and private patio!”

“What a great place to spend the day!! We pulled in the state Beach at Huntington and parked between Beach and Newland st. Cheep all day parking from 6am to 10pm for 15 bucks a car. I’m 40’ so I had to pay a bit more. But man was it worth it.. everyone had a blast and we knew our motorhome was safe in the lot...”

“Had to wait only about 10 minute outside getting the tan on. They call your reservation over the PA and then show to your table. Had a tasty salad (apple, nut, raisins) and they made it vegan, so good for you guys. Would have given 5 stars, but their trying of overselling the alcohol got to a point of being already little stressful. A view from the upstairs was, well, ocean-y and the decor was nice. Would return.”

“They have a really cute gift shop, good food and awesome rentals! My husband and I stopped in with our two kids and their customer service was excellent. The dude that helped US out was very respectful and polite! Their ice cream cones and fountain soda were very refreshing on our hot day out. Our kids fell in love with the peddle carts. “The pier was nice. It was a little cold on the first week of January with the wind. But just long sleeve shirt kind of cold. The little shows are fun. Ruby's at the end of the pier was nice. People fishing. Kites flying, surfers surfing. Lots to see. The sun set was stunning.”
