  85C can be crowded but definitely work the wait. The pastries are so yummy!! I especially love the blueberry one with cream cheese. Definitely will keep coming back!!

  The plaza is super popular, so parking can be a challenge. Their selection of cakes is not as good as other locations. Their focus is on breads, pastries and drinks. The brioche is very popular.

  Interesting fact: The brand name 85C comes from the perfect Celsius temperature to brew coffee. Here's another: 85C originated from Taiwan, and has grown into an international brand all over Asia, Australia, here in the US as well. When there is always a line at a bakery, you know the stuff is super good! Get the squid ink bun if available, and try the egg tarts too! Sea salt coffee is a must have. Another interesting fact: 85C has been referred to as the Starbucks of Asia, yet a single store can gross mich higher than a typical Starbucks there.

  Everything I have tried here has been nothing short of amazing. My personal favorites are the chocolate chip milk bread, the cinnamon twists and the garlic cheese bread. Everything here is always super fresh and the service is great too.

  If you have a sweet tooth, 85C Bakery Cafe has the best best chocolate almond croissant. If I have to, I would open a line of credit to eat here. If you go on a weekend past 8am then there's going to be a line but the line moves fast enough so stave any hanger issues
