(June 26, 2018, 9:08 am)While on vacation I tried to squeeze my Dodge Dakota into a compact space and ended up hitting a cement column that left a large dent in the passenger side door. I visited CarStar McLaren in Irvine and two of its competitors on the same street. I was impressed with the cleaniness of the office and the professionalism of its employees. Joseph at CarStar was prompt, considerate and within minutes gave me a reasonable estimate. The estimate was $300 cheaper than the body shop next door. I walked away from the third body because the staff was rude and its posted opening times were in correct. CarStar completed the work within the quoted time and returned my truck to me almost as clean as when I dropped it off. The workmanship was perfect! The large dent had been removed and the paint matching to both doors was perfect. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend CarStar McLaren-Irvine to anyone needing body work done on their car(s). Thank you Joseph for making me feel comfortable in selecting CarStar.
