I’ve gone to locations in SoCal & Miami for years, and they have all been amazing experiences! I love consistency and great customer service and SEV delivered in both. Appointment process is easy, front desk or over the phone service is GREAT to work with, procedures are methodical, clean and efficient, and prices are amazing for an elevated experience! I recommend them to everyone I meet!

Every time i visit this location every one has great customer service. Its quick and fast. Ive done 3 sessions out of my 6 session and i already see so much change and way less hair. The check in/ check out process is so easy and quick to.

I really like the staff at this location and my results have been very good. The staff are professional and the facility is clean and pretty. The parking lot gets a little busy during lunchtime because of the surrounding food places, so I prefer going in the mornings. I started out with a Groupon deal and got hooked on laser hair removal. Sometimes they have monthly specials which are pretty good.

From the moment I walk into SEV, I am greeted by the nicest, upbeat front desk personnel! They make me feel very welcome! I have been doing laser for about 6 months now and all of the laser specialists are all excellent! SEV has made me obsessed with laser and I don’t think I ever want to stop!! Excellent customer service!
