Dr. Chen was amazing; super friendly and personable! She was so patient and incredibly detailed in her exam. I can honestly say that this was the first time ever going to an optometrist and actually feeling like I got the correct Rx. Every other doctor I've gone to has given me an Rx that left me feeling 'Well it's better than no glasses". I'm so excited to get my new pair from Concourse.

Her staff was just a amazing in assisting me in finding glasses and going over my insurance!

Dr. Chen and her staff have were on top of keeping all the equipment and office clean and sanitized.

Receptionist was pleasant, appointment was on time, Dr. Julie is very personable, knowledgeable, and proficient! Very easy to talk with. Assistant doing preliminary testing was informed, knew what she was doing, and was also pleasant. Assistant helping with selecting new frames was wonderful, very helpful and had great suggestions!
I'm ready for my next visit, and have already referred a friend!
