CAZ Cycle

The best spin studio in Orange County! The front desk staff is friendly and the instructors really push you. It can be intimidating going to your first spin class, but everyone is super helpful especially if you need help setting up your bike. I’ve also met some great people here that have become lifelong friends. Never going to another spin studio again!

After giving birth to twin boys in August I was looking for something that wasn't too strenuous that could help me get back into shape and keep me going in a positive direction post partum. I was a little anxious about commiting to a membership but ultimately decided it was for my health and my family and did it. I love it. I try to start each morning with a class. At the new year I'll be adding training studio on as well.

I love coming here! All the instructors have great energy. Feels like a dance party in the morning. You will sweat!

My norm is drinking the stress away, so stepping into a cycle class to sweat for 45 minutes was not something I was looking forward to. Honestly, my first session was awkward, hard, and outside my comfort zone. The amazing part of it all is that the lights are dim, the music is loud, and the trainers are motivating. The feeling I got after finishing the first class made me want to come back and do it again. I am absolutely hooked. My only advice is to do yourself a favor and give it a try for a month before deciding if it’s for you or not. You become a part of this community, and that’s what has kept me coming back.

Caz cycle has been such an amazing experience. They were able to curate some of the best instructors in the area to come for their new cycle studio. Check in is simple, facilities are VERY clean and always serving *vibes*. The sound system and lights in the studio give a real club theme to your rides. It’s cool how they take the time to get to know their members, with little rewards along your way as you rack up those classes. Caz is taking the time to give back to the community with a different charity they give to every month. All that is great, but the best part is the community. They really care about their patrons and want them to feel included. Not to mention get a great workout.
