Crossfit Brit

The owner and head trainer at the gym senior Sham Is awesome! I had never done cross training before and was leery at age 50 of beginning it. Senior Sham has Made it a great experience for me, using his years of knowledge And training to ensure The proper Techniques are used in doing crossfit to avoid injury. If your interested or thinking about doing crossfit Crossfit Brit is the place to go!!

I go here on a regular basis. The coaching staff is very nice and accommodating. I had knee surgery several months ago, and Coach Sham would help modify the workouts and give me accessory work to help me better recover. Highly recommended if you're recovering from a physical aliment and trying to get back in shape!

Crossfit Brit is fantastic. I've tried a few different Crossfit gyms in the Orange County area and this is by far my favorite. Sham (the owner/trainer) is one of the best I've worked with. He is always willing to take the time to correct your movements, knows when and how hard to push you, and genuinely cares about the folks in his gym. The programming here is solid too. Workouts are always challenging but never impossible. Most importantly, the community at Crossfit Brit is amazing. This gym is populated by some great people who always encourage each other to do that one extra rep, even when you think you can't.

I love going to Crossfit Brit. The workouts are always challenging but never to a point where I can’t finish, even when I think I can’t. Sham, the owner/trainer, pushes everyone to do their best. You aren’t allowed to slack off or sit in cruise control for the workout. Even though it can be tough, the end of each workout feels like a small victory. And if I’m doing something wrong, a quick and simple correction gets me back to the proper technique.

It’s like the anti-gym. The focus is on personal achievement, not trying to show off and one-up each other. This is probably true of most Crossfit gyms in general. The people here are great, especially if you go during the same time slot everyday. It feels like a little community.

Crossfit Brit is an awesome place to do Crossfit! The people there are amazing and there is a great sense of community. Sham is a fantastic trainer and has done a lot to improve my level of fitness. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get in better shape and be challenged while still having a great time.
