F45 Training Irvine Business Complex

I love this class! It’s high intensity and offers resistance and cardio on different days while also offering mixed days. The coaches are all great and really help push you toward your goals. Thankful to have found this group!

I started with the 7-day trial at F45 and enjoyed the process. Each workout is constantly challenging me with no workout being the same. The trainers are all very knowledgable and attentive during the class keeping engaging and motivating you along the way. Overall at F45 - everyone is warm and welcoming.

F45 isn't just a GYM it's a real true gym family
Here you aren't just another member/ another number on the roster.
The coaches here really care about you and any goals that you may have set for yourself.
Not only do they care but they constantly check in on you to ensure your hitting your goals and of your not they give you the extra push and motivation you'll need.
I started at F45 in May of 2021 I was gym hopping at the time looking for a gym that gave me a little of everything/

The coaches are all fire with an energy that keeps you going beast mode during your workout

I also love that they have challenges thru out the year that we are all able to participate- cheer each other on etc

Not to mention the amazing app that not only has workout but easy to follow recipeS

If your looking for a new home gym I promise you this is it!

This is THE place to get in shape and have fun. Super positive and friendly environment. Great instructors who motivate and help you out. You will sweat, baby. I’m hooked!!

Just started at this gym in the beginning of the month and it is so great! The staff really know what they are doing and everyone is so welcoming. I have tried other HIIT gyms in the past but this has been my favorite so far
