My wife & I were seeing Dr. James Strebig prior to 2006 when he practiced traditional bulk boiler room HMO medicine (medicine by numbers). Stayed with Dr. Strebig when he changed to limited concierge medicine in 2006. It was a decision that we have never regretted.
