(August 4, 2023, 5:34 pm)Almost went with a different groomer after reading some reviews but then noticed it's pretty common for pet groomers to get chided by unreasonable pet owners, I guess people are just really passionate about their animals. Anyways so I went with this place and I'm glad I did. I could tell they really cared about making both me and Polly happy. Polly's still a puppy and kind of going through a biting phase, and the groomer, Tony (I think) was able to recommend some solutions that sound like they'd really help.
