  There is no one I would rather have in my corner than Tamara and her team. Their professionalism, knowledge of the law, and drive to prosecute the case are unsurpassed in the Plaintiffs' employment lawyer field. If you have a case and are lucky enough to be represented by the Workplace Justice Advocates, believe me, they will leave no stone unturned to provide you the best representation you could hope for. Tamara and her team do not give up when the employer defendants and their lawyers make a case difficult. They will also fight tooth and nail to protect your (plaintiff's) privacy in the case. They will also tell you if you don't have a good case and not mislead you with unrealistic promises. All in all, if anyone has an employment discrimination issue or believes they were wrongfully terminated, I recommend Workplace Justice Advocates.

  Tamara Freeze is phenomenal attorney! When it comes to legal matters patience is the key but rest assured your case will get top attention and best results. Although I have not used their services personally, I have referred several of my clients to Tamara. Everyone had their questions answered and cases resolved.   Tamara Freeze is everything you’re looking for in an attorney. Let’s face it, if you’re looking at attorney reviews, you’re in crisis and it is essential to avoid wasting your TIME and MONEY with an ineffective approach. The entire process of securing competent legal representation is full of uncertainty. Finding any attorney to take your case and finding a competent attorney to take your case are distinctly different events. Like a frog on slow boil, you won’t know you’ve got a bad one until it’s too late. I contacted Tamara Freeze initially through her website, next in follow up contacts from her intake personnel and then direct conversations with Tamara. The intake and phone interviews between client and attorney are vital and Tamara’s team was the best I have encountered. The intake sets up a more effective direct call with the attorney and, with Tamara, I recognized immediately she is A) a true advocate and, B) she is strategic, she is not interested in a pyrrhic victory; she wants your win to be substantive. There are a few things that set this firm apart. 1) to begin, they call back!, 2) their intake people actually listen and are probably the best experience I’ve had with any law firm at passing on an accurate portrayal of events to the attorney, 3) the attorney, Tamara Freeze, is exactly what you’re hoping to find; she listens and is authoritative; in my circumstance that meant helping me realize that my current situation was best pursued at this time in another venue. Even then, she did not just pass me off or refer me out, she provided guidance and tactics. It’s important to recognize, this is not some TV show, it’s a long drawn out court process and, in order to prevail, it takes legal strategies that most clients are not familiar with. My circumstance, if it continues to deteriorate, would fall into the area of specialty that Tamara has proven to be supremely successful with. She did not take my case but she did take my calls (several, THANKS) and provided great insight as to a more effective legal strategy for me to pursue. I have referred Tamara without hesitation to others and I believe she is currently representing one of those referrals in an active proceeding.
