Admit One Products

Thank thank thank you Admit One! I've been a customer for over a decade and have loved the product. Just recently my tickets got lost by Fed Ex. With this being over the course of Thanksgiving and ticket sales starting Dec 1st, this was a disaster in the making. But I caked Admit One and the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Specifically, Gloria was so helpful and quick. She acted fast and saved me! New tickets were printed and arrived within 2 days from across the country. I literally cannot thank them enough. I do appreciate everything that was done to fix my predicament and give Admit One 5 billion stars!

This was one of the easiest orders I've ever placed. Everyone was helpful and got our order taken care of in record time. I highly recommend Admit One Products! We will definitely be using them in the future!

I've been working with Admit One a little over 10 years now for an annual event I'm associated with. The Team at Admit One has always done their best to accommodate our sometimes unorthodox needs. Their Sales Team is knowledgeable in current market developments and introduces any possible products which would best suit our needs. Their experience in ticketed events has allowed us to grow and develop innovative pass systems to better utilize our reporting systems and ticketing sales reports.
I've always felt like they care about our success as much as their own it''s like making us happy, makes them happy. I've been told by others in the industry that sometimes their pricing can be a deterrent, however the quality and great customer service they've provided all these years has only proven to me they've been worth every penny we've spent.

I have been so impressed by the customer service that I have received with Admit One Products and Gloria. We have needed to change our design a few times and they make the process so easy. Also a few times I have needed a rush order and they not only do it quickly, but it does not cost that much extra. I would highly recommend this company. I can't say enough nice things about them.

Great Customer Service and Quality Product!

I am the President of the PTA and one of our biggest events of the year is our Christmas Craft Fair. During that event, we do a $500 raffle to raise money. I ordered a set of 2500 raffle tickets from Admit One. It was really easy for me to add my own image and text. I submitted that order as a standard order and had no problems at all.

As it turns out, we had eager parents who wanted to sell additional tickets over the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was the Monday before (yikes) and I submitted a rush order. I wasn't sure if it would get on the press soon enough, however, so I called Customer Service. I talked to Garner, and he was the absolute nicest person I've talked to in a long time. He said that I did submit the order correctly with the premium paid for a rush order, but he would call down to ensure that my job was bumped up earlier in the day so it could be shipped out that day and sent to me overnight. They are in California and I am in Maryland. Customer service is KEY for me, and Garner went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Garner was true to his word and he emailed me to let me know the press department moved my order along! I got the tickets in a speedy fashion and we were able to distribute the tickets to our parents.

If I have any gripes, I would say the rush order cost and overnight shipping is a bit high. However, that's the cost of doing business.

I searched via Google for this company and I wasn't disappointed. I have actually submitted another order this week, and I have no doubt I'll use them again for my Spring events!
