Where do I even start with this review? Brittany Leighton is the best there is. In a field of stallions this woman is a majestic unicorn! She is a force in all ways; smarter than I could ever have imagined someone in Real Estate could be!! When I say that you’d be making a mistake not utilizing Brittany and her vast knowledge, I mean you’re literally poking holes in your own boat by not using her. I was put in an incredibly complicated and very stressful real estate situation. I was on a tight time crunch and had days when I would cry over the simplest questions she would ask me and Brittany was so patient and treated me with such grace that after hearing her explanation (of things I didn’t understand) I had an overwhelming sense of ease. It was like having my hand held the entire time - even if that sounds silly it was absolutely what I needed in my journey at that time. Not only did she spend extra time going above and beyond, in the end she landed me in the most amazing place! I’m in love with my new space, more than I was with my old place. On the day that I was handed the keys, Brittany was there, smiling and had set up my kitchen with the most lovely little surprise. I can’t forget to give accolades to her assistant Shakira - if Brittany had a meeting, another obligation, etc. Shakira was ALWAYS there to step in and take my hand. She was patient with me, and my 5 year old son. She gave her honest opinions when I was unsure while looking at properties and she went above and beyond to do what Brittany would do if she were there herself and boy did she succeeded. I don’t foresee that this is the end of my journey with Brittany because my loyalty to her is for life. I won’t use any other company, agent, broker or anyone else who may come along because it would be taking 100 steps down. When the dust of my move settled I had to sit down and write out a message to Brittany; to say thank you for making me feel like I was important again and that I mattered and it may sound silly to most but my journey was dragging me through the trenches and breaking my spirit, until I met Brittany and Shakira - they brought me back to life in the best space I could have ever asked for!!!
