  My boyfriend and I moved in a couple days ago and can't express how excited we are to live at Las Palmas! The entire process was so easy and our apartment at move in was spotless. Joey at the front office has been so fun to work with and provided an amazing move in experience. Not to mention all the small details at move in that really was above our expectations. The community itself is very well kept and is so convenient to so many shops and places to eat. Our favorite part is the trail behind the community to walk our dog. Thank you again Joey and the entire team!

  Fernando is cool ! He answered my questions. See Fernando, the service manager, for your maintenance needs. He took time out if his busy schedule to hand out pies for Thanksgiving.
  
  The community has nice pools, kitchens, and are very cozy! I love using the heavy boxing bag in the fitness center.

  Las Palmas is an amazing place to live. Been here over 6 months and I've been super happy since day 1. Marlyn leased the apartment to me and spent lots of time over email and in person catering to my every need. She has such incredible patience and is so genuine with everything she does. So impressed!
  
  Lee and Leandra in the Resident Services Office have been nothing short of awesome. They're always smiling and ready to help. Love how kind they've been since I moved in. Doug with maintenance even spent extra time to help me fix something in my apartment, even though it was 95° outside. What a guy!
  
  Parking isn't the greatest, which is no secret. But, they're reissuing permits so that will hopefully cut down on all the big trucks and people who refuse to park in their garage. Thank you LP!
  
  Looking forward to living here for the foreseeable future.
