The facility is so welcoming and accommodating. I have a family member who works here and they have nothing but great things to say about the residents and staff they work along side with. It is so important to have a community such as this for the residents. A staff working as one unit will always be a blessing for the residents to receive the best care possible.

Getting ready for senior care is really challenging on so many levels for the aging parent and the "sandwich generation" adult who is managing the tasks. It's tough emotionally, physically, financially, etc. The staff at New Perspective is top notch in helping people wade through this time period. They are extremely patient with on-again, off-again decisions, tours, and responding to countless questions. The facility is really awesome, and it's really clear that the staff cares about the residents they serve. They have a lot of resources and top pros who can help you navigate transitional period.

As hard as it is for families to make the decision of when it is time to place our loved ones in a memory care facility, we were so lucky to have found New Perspectives Woodbury when we had to make that decision. Our family couldn’t of found a nicer place for our father to live and be cared for while living his final years with Alzheimer’s. It’s a safe and spacious environment, lots of activities daily to try to engage the residents and the staff was wonderful with my father and our family.

I'm writing this review even though we didn't end up picking New Perspectives through no fault of their own. Our situation became more urgent and we couldn't take the time needed to wait for accommodations. We toured with Dave and found that his genuine interest in our circumstances and our parents lives was instrumental in helping us figure out this new road that we were navigating. Had timing not been an issue, we definitely would have chosen New Perspectives Woodbury. The friendly, family atmosphere and knowledge of everyone we encountered made all of us feel secure in the knowing that this home would have worked out beautifully.
