Pepperwood Park

Very nice little park. Kinda wish it had tables tho, but sitting under a tree is still nice if the grass isn't wet lol. Also Amazon likes to test their new delivery robots in this area so be aware of that.

Very fun, a good place to run, walk, and play.

This park is great; it's easy to get to, and not very crowded. The structures are in good condition, and there's a lot of green space for kids to run around.

The shade is okay, could be better but it's like most other parks in Irvine, depends on the time of day. The shade on the grassy areas is fantastic because of the great trees that are all over the place.

There is an excellent bike rack so you can ride to the park and lock your bike there without a problem. Overall it's a terrific neighborhood park.

There is a good variety of places. Parking can be a hassle
