Sierra Vista Middle School

Mom of 8th grade student - we have a bit of a unique situation that needs special addressing and the staff there has been wonderful about it.

We left in the middle of 7th grade and returned in the middle of 8th grade because we had to homeschool for a while and when leaving and thru 7th grade Ms. Wright was very helpful and memorable. The office staff was very helpful as well Monique Brown is excellent at her job beyond recognition.
8th grade teachers have been great so far and with our special situation the school Councelor Alyssa Alexander and the nurse Vicky are just wonderful in helping me with things on my side as well as great to my kid.

Yes there is homework but it’s Irvine and a great school so what do you expect ?

I love Sierra Vista. Middle school is unbelievably awesome. Great academics, teachers, and kids. Music is phenomenal too. I am in the band and a school from China has requested to play with us because we have an excellent reputation. Also, the teachers are experienced and there are so many memories there!

I went here 12 years ago. We also cast our ballots/votes here. Great school with great teachers. Several of friends jumped a grade and some superior math students were allowed to take a school bus to Northwood for advanced math.

We just finished 7th grade at Sierra Vista. I cannot say enough good things about this school and its teachers. They all are caring and striving kids to reach higher. The Building is old, but when you have right group of teachers it doesn't matter where you teach, even in bare classroom.
The culture of school is healthy and very positive.

This school is amazing, especially the teachers. Really enjoyed my two years here!
