I have seen many doctors, and have never written a review. However, Dr. David Chien-Ta Hwang deserves this. He really cares and is passionate about his profession. His knowledge is indisputable and his dedication to his patients is second to none. I would vote for him for Surgeon General and told him such at my last appointment.
