(August 9, 2018, 6:38 pm)So today my washer went caput... water leaking, was making noise a few weeks back... I called Seven other places. I asked what they thought it MAY be and about how much that may cost... not ONE could give an answer.. it was 65.00 or 108.95, Just to come out.. the 108.95 was GE, and would NOT be applied to the cost.... then This company ,Best Care, called me back,his name was BOB. He was So nice... he could've come out TODAY. He asked again what was going on, when I told him, he said " dont waste ur $$ buy new.. it would cost too much"!!!
Then a friend in business had his friend call me from another service who wrote me back and said it sounded like a Main seal, and not to waste my $$$ CONFIRMED WHAT BOB SAID!!! THATS HONESTY. THANKYOU -

(April 26, 2018, 8:25 pm)Bob came over to inspect a washing machine that I suspected was on it's last legs. He confirmed that after opening it up and taking a good look. When asked, he shared his observations of washing machines that seemed to be best and those that had the most problems. Great to know as I needed to buy a new one. He also took a look at our malfunctioning ice maker and I will definitely have him back to fix it. I very much appreciated his professionalism and his thoughtful answers to my questions.

The service repair man was kind and curious, he was able to diagnose the problem; he got the replacement part and came back the same day to fix my washer. So thankful for this quick service!!
