This is the type of costumer service everyone deserves. It says a lot that I am writing about their excellent customer service and not the mistake with my order. It happens. How it is handled is what matters.

(April 30, 2022, 8:15 pm)Finally El Pollo loco that will give me my quesadilla with fresh cilantro cheese and chicken. It seems like it's pulling a leg these days just to get that regular quesadilla that I used to always get growing up. Normally they always say no this one said yes I appreciate it.
