(June 15, 2016, 10:22 pm)This place is customer friendly, but it usually only applies to Chinese speakers, since the bank is Chinese based. The tellers are efficient and friendly, also there isn't usually a line.

Everything runs smoothly here, you don't have to wait long for service.
