I have been loving my time here at 1303 Main, the property is always clean, the main office staff is super sweet and nice, the tenants have been really good neighbors. But the best part of this property is the maintenance guy, Terrance, he is the cherry on top. Any request I need, he is on it ASAP. He always have a positive attitude and speaks to every one. Love this whole entire apartment! 10/10 would recommend.

It's a nice cozy apartment complex. My fiance and I feel safe here. The leasing staff is great. Marie has been very nice and helpful. The maintenance staff is top notch. I would recommend 1303 Main to others. The apt is conveniently located right off the highway which makes my work commute easy.

I have really enjoyed my living at the 1303 Main.I moved from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom apartment , but i have made the adjustment pretty much. I have had the pleasure to meet several of the residents. I have referred my cousin who has moved into the complex and loves it as well. I highly recommend this property!
