I was so overwhelmed when I first began wearing hearing aids, but Liz Tucker was so patient as she helped me adjust to all the new sounds - traffic noise, chirping birds, etc. Recently, I purchased the absolutely best hearing aids that I have ever had! They are really high tech, but easy to use -Phonak Audeo Q ! There is no noisy feedback when I hug someone or use the phone. ! I love them!
