  Kate is extremely helpful and checks in with you when you have not gone in a week! The classes range from low intensity to high intensity and they make sure your positions are not wrong so it will not impact your joints or damage your body. Also it is very clean. I love clean facilities!

  I’ve been going for almost a year and absolutely love it! Such positive and friendly staff- they are so helpful and un-intimidating! When I go regularly I see major results FAST and feel so fit! My abs have never looked better!

  I'm so glad I tried it and love my results. Such a great all body workout in a beautiful clean environment. And my kids love the playroom which makes it a win win.

  I've been going to class at this studio for a little over a month and absolutely love it. Kate and her staff are phenomenal at coaching each individual in class to meet their health goals. Each class is fun and challenges me to get better. Alkalign Studios Irvine fully embraces their motto of "Real. Raw. Human." The studio is welcoming, always clean, and the people are super knowledgeable and friendly. If you are in the Irvine area, it is definitely worth stopping by to take class.

  I've been waiting & waiting for something like this ~ a small fitness studio where I will be encouraged & challenged. Boy do they deliver! This place is full of positive energy. The classes are challenging but tailored to each individual's level. My kids are actually asking me to switch to afternoon workouts because they love the play room so much! That's a first!! So happy to be a part of the Alkalign community :)
