“Booking is super easy, everything is online...no need to wait for staff to answer the phone. I booked a last minute appointment at 12:50pm for a 1:20pm. I didn't time to fill out insurance information on the mobile site, but you scan your ID/insurance card at an iPad when you check-in. Everything went fine, no need to talk to a person staff and they are hardly behind the counter. The TV screen in the waiting area will tell you who is next in line, my wait time wasn't too bad (no more than 20 minutes). There are signs that say if you are late for your appointment by more than 10 minutes, you are considered a walk-in. Staff: I only interacted with a gentlemen ~40s-50s, polite, all business no small talk/blood drawn like any other blood draw. Bathroom: at the middle of the lobby, thank you to the girl who pointed me to another office for the key (red ping pong paddle)”

“We love Fitness Factory. This martial arts school is really amazing for a lot of reasons. They offer different kinds of classes. The instructors really know what they r doing, especially Master K. He makes it fun to learn Tae Kwon do. My three kids look forward to going everyday and they r all different ages from 4(boy) to 7(girl) to 18(girl). The other wonderful thing about this place is that they have family classes so the whole family can be in the same class so u can start and be done at the same time. Very convenient! Plus it's neat, clean and well managed. On top of all this, I feel my kids r more focused, well mannered and healthier all thanks to Master k!”

The staff was able to get me in 2 days after I called and made room to fix my broken tooth. Dr.Packer performed a root canal and the pain that had been throbbing for 2 weeks was gone right after the novacaine went away. His staff is very friendly and educated as well.
