“Every member of the staff is always approachable, kind, and professional in my own personal experience. While ideally each and every kindness should be appreciated by everyone at all times, it can be especially positively impactful when dealing with painful or scary issues with your own health or that of a loved one. Although not everybody is a fan of stairs, and one or both sets at this location are a bit narrow, they are conveniently located on either end of the building and an elevator with room for 4 to 8 persons close to the south end exists for those with mobility issues (or anyone just not in the mood for some exercise). Having the entire second floor of the building to themselves, the waiting room is very spacious and complimentary water is thoughtfully provided from a cistern with plenty of cups, which is admirably environmentally conscious as it avoid wasting plastic through prolific use of plastic water bottles that are disposed after short use on a daily basis. At a glance, it seems seating for 30-plus people exists here. For the tech savvy patients or caretakers, they utilize convenient online resources and if there are any problems with logging into the system the front desk is very capable of handling and resolving most issues without having to call some IT guy or leaving you to solve the problem on your own.”
