“We just installed a Wessex Elesse home elevator. The entire experience from our very first contact with Rick Mills and Access to Freedom throughout the installation was terrific. Rick's contractor, Rick Cullen, and his two assistants, Mike and Arn, were meticulous as were the installers who wired the Elesse. The install of course entailed cutting into the office ceiling and into the floor of our bedroom where the elevator lands, but when everyone had finished every hint of construction had been carefully removed and the ceiling and walls beautifully restored. Our staircase would not accommodate a stair chairlift; an elevator was our only possible choice. We chose the Wessex once we saw models of both the Wessex and the Stiltz at Access to Freedom's showroom. This Elesse model is practically silent, moves effortlessly, and is code compliant. We could not be more pleased with the result and cannot recommend Rick Mills highly enough.”
