Working out with Brandon was the best decision I’ve made for my weight lifting experience. Aside from hitting new PR’s and getting more familiar with body building, Brandon built my confidence and taught me how to continue meeting new personal records outside of Live Fit. I have been doing personal training with Brandon for over 2 years. This place is the best! All the trainers are friendly and encouraging. Brandon pushes me to my very best each session, in ways I am unable to achieve by working out alone. My workouts are super efficient and effective. Brandon does a mix of free weights, body weight, and machines. The coaches are extremely accessible. I would highly recommend this place. There are also specials for first time goers. Check it out! You won't regret it.

I love this place! The owner, Brandon, is personally committed to the success of each client. The whole team is professional, enthusiastic, kind and make working out fun!!! They provide well thought out classes and personal training sessions and they always push each client to reach their potential. I have personally witnessed life changing results. I am so happy to have found this place, and I am well aware that they offer a program that improves ones quality of life...really! Love them!!!!
