Upon arrival my wife and u were greeted by sales rep Mr Jim Murphy. He asked what we my wife and I were looking for and them allowed us to look around and shop. He was always I'm ear shot if we had any questions or concerns.
Once we chose our living room set He was very knowledgeable about all of your products.
He explained in detail the different options and what the service plans were for the furniture.
He followed up as promised the moment the furniture arrived to the warehouse.
We are expecting the furniture to be delivered on January 8,2023.

Dawn was very helpful when I asked her questions. She was not overbearing and attached to my hip (like some other salespeople at other stores) as I browsed the showroom for a dining set. Besides the fact that we found a great set, it was because of the aforementioned reason that we chose this store to buy from.

We absolutely love the Raymour & Flanigan store in No. Plainfield. Any time we need a piece of furniture we find it there. The leather couches we purchased are beautiful and very affordable comparing to similar products in other stores.
We also love the customer service, Rose took care of us from the moment we walked in to the store on Saturday to the the time of purchase on Sunday.
She made the purchase so easy.
Also the delivery was amazing and very fast.

Jim Murphy was absolutely excellent helping us find our new couch! He offered us waters and was very knowledgeable and attentive the whole time. This store has a great selection for any furniture you could be shopping for with competitive prices. We will definitely be coming back to furnish the rest of our place with Jim’s help

James was a pleasure to deal with during our visit. He introduced himself and didn’t follow us around (as you’d expect in other furniture stores), which made the experience a lot less stressful. When we were ready to discuss purchase, James was detailed, organized and professional. I highly recommend this store.

Great service but the prices are steep.

[5-STAR RECOMMENDATION] Payless Cleaners gets the job done! The customer service is also good. The store is conveniently located in the city of La Habra (near the major cross-streets of Imperial Highway and Beach Boulevard) and is located near the Mexican restaurant (Ricardo's El Ranchito). Overall, this is a store worth checking out!
